My name is Tom Daly. I am a native New Orleanian who, inspired by a storm, moved to Austin with my wife and children in late 2005. In April of 2001, I co-founded and currently manage Hartwig Moss Benefits with offices in New Orleans and Austin.  Because of this, I am lucky enough to be able to split my time Letting the Good Times Roll and Keeping Austin Weird.  More.
