Our Team

Tom is a native New Orleanian who moved to Austin with his wife and children in late 2005. In April of 2001, he co-founded and currently manages Hartwig Moss Benefits with offices in New Orleans and Austin.  Because of this, Tom is lucky enough to be able to split his time Letting the Good Times Roll and Keeping Austin Weird.  More.

Tammy joined HMB in 2006 and currently manages the renewal process for employer clients.  She came to HMB from a large physician group with 3 locations in the New Orleans area. In her years there, she gained the unique experience of managing the group’s human resources challenges while working with health insurance carriers both as a plan administrator and a healthcare provider’s office. Prior to this, Percle worked in Customer Service for Ochsner Health Plan.

Jessica joined HMB in 2007 and currently manages the claims and billing administration for employer clients.  She came to HMB from a large physician group with 3 locations in the New Orleans area. In her years there, she gained the unique experience working with health insurance carriers and her provider group’s patient billing process.  She is an invaluable resource for negotiating the maze of insurance claims management.

Suzie is the Operational Manager for Hartwig Moss Benefits, LLC, in Austin, Texas where she manages all client related activities for Texas.  Suzie leverages her proven experience in health care management to effectively ensure high quality client services throughout the Texas region.  More
